1. User Responsibility
You are responsible for content you share in Peopleist App and must have rights and permissions to upload, publish, or distribute it.
2. Prohibited Content
- Infringing copyrighted or trademarked material
- Non-consensual private or sensitive content
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Spam, deceptive, or impersonation content
- Falsified task records, approvals, attendance entries, or leave requests
- Content that enables harassment, stalking, or doxxing of teammates inside or outside your organisation
3. Content License to Operate the Service
You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Peopleist App a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as required to operate and secure the service inside your organisation.
4. Moderation Actions
We may remove content and apply account restrictions for policy violations, including warnings, feature limits, temporary suspension, or account termination.
5. Reporting Content
To report content concerns, contact arjun@peopleist.in with relevant identifiers and supporting evidence.
