1. Policy Objective

We aim to keep Peopleist App safe for teams by reducing abuse, harassment, harmful conduct, and misuse of the app's task, approval, chat, voice and video calling, attendance, and notification features.

2. Prohibited Conduct

3. Reporting Channels

Users can report abuse in-app on any contact or conversation, or by email at arjun@peopleist.in.

To speed review, include account identifiers, screenshots, timestamps, and a concise incident summary.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.

5. Review and Escalation

We prioritize reports involving credible threats, self-harm risk, child safety concerns, or severe harassment. We may preserve evidence and escalate where legally required.

6. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was applied in error, contact support with relevant context and identifiers. We may re-review based on available evidence.

7. Emergency Risk

Peopleist App is a workplace productivity app and is not an emergency-response service. If a report indicates immediate physical danger to a person, contact your local emergency number first; then notify us so we can take account-level action.
