1. Policy Objective
We aim to keep Peopleist App safe for teams by reducing abuse, harassment, harmful conduct, and misuse of the app's task, approval, chat, voice and video calling, attendance, and notification features.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of any user
- Hate speech or discriminatory abuse
- Impersonation or deceptive identity use
- Content promoting violence or illegal activity
- Non-consensual sharing of personal or sensitive information about teammates or third parties
- Creating fake tasks, fake approvals, fake attendance entries, or fake leave records
- Using approvals, edits, deletions, or role changes to defraud, mislead, or harm your team, your employer, an auditor, or a third party
- Sending unsolicited or harassing chat messages, voice notes, or calls inside your organisation
- Inviting any person to your organisation, department, or chat without a legitimate work purpose
- Attempts to misuse roles, approvals, or location-sharing in chat to endanger or harass others
3. Reporting Channels
Users can report abuse in-app on any contact or conversation, or by email at arjun@peopleist.in.
To speed review, include account identifiers, screenshots, timestamps, and a concise incident summary.
4. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.
5. Review and Escalation
We prioritize reports involving credible threats, self-harm risk, child safety concerns, or severe harassment. We may preserve evidence and escalate where legally required.
6. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was applied in error, contact support with relevant context and identifiers. We may re-review based on available evidence.
7. Emergency Risk
Peopleist App is a workplace productivity app and is not an emergency-response service. If a report indicates immediate physical danger to a person, contact your local emergency number first; then notify us so we can take account-level action.
